Requested non-smoking room, got smoked and with bad smell. Shower is broken, if you use shower - all floors (bathroom+WC) is wet. Inside room is kettle, but no cups, no spoons, basically nothing. Asked staff to bring, instead of promised 5min, waited ~20min. electrical sockets are only near bed, don't know how even fridge works. Location is close to central bus station but if you get a room to main street, then it's really noisy.

空港からクタイシに滞在する際に使用しました。ここのホテルのいいところは２４時間あいてるところで、私の場合は運よく部屋が空いていたので連絡して早めにチェックインすることが出来ました。スタッフの方々も親切で気さくなので過ごしやすかったです。部屋は十分に綺麗でしたが、電気ケトルやカップなどはありませんでした（おそらく頼めば貸してくれると思います。）。近くにはDailyやAgrohubなどの使いやすいスーパーがあるので買い物にも困りませんし、Grandmallやバスステーションにも徒歩で行けるので、中心地からは離れていますが便利な場所でした。また再訪したいです。

The late night shift receptionist was so amazing and helpful after I was not allowed check in late to another hotel I booked , so I went to hotel comfort where I had a booing for the next day to book for the night, but he refused a new booking and just allowed me in as an early check in of my existing booking , that was at 3 AM the previous day . What an amazing gentleman, I'm sorry I forgot his name. The hotel was also clean and nice for the value.
