Super lokace, pro vetsi skupinu ideal.

The house is in an excellent and quiet location, very cosy, perfectly clean and well equipped, with the security cameras looking after the gated parking lot and the back of the house. It's evident that the owners look after the place very well. They are lovely people. It's very close to the Schwarzenberg tomb in a beautiful park and the Svět pond. It only takes 20 minutes of a lovely walk to get to the Třeboň historical city center. 15 out of 10 stars!!

The shared kitchen was clean and well equiped.

Room size was o.k. for us (2 persons). However there were 4 beds, and there is surely not enough space for 4 persons. The only place where 4 persons can sit is the shared kitchen. Walking distance to the town is much longer than described here (it´s about 30 minutes) We did not get the booked room with balcony, although we complained several times.

WiFi only worked first day, bathroom smells, lots of noise from other guest upstairs, advert misleading as advert says 54m2 but the bedroom and kitchen / diner measure 30m2 only. Bathroom accessible but you have to walk out of the apartment across the hallway. The lounge is also in the entrance which is outside the lockable apartment. If I had known about the above we would never have booked this apartment.
