About this apartment rental
New fully furnished apartment for four people on the first floor in a family house with a large garden and private parking.
The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet area. Excellent choice for those who want to relax and enjoy listening to the chirping of birds when they wake up.
The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge and a dining table and sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs available. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a parasol. Private parking near the house.
You can also enjoy a little rest in this fantastic scenery or ride a bike.
The beautiful pebble beach in Kanegra is just 2 km away, and the restaurant is 500 m away.
Umag is 4.5 km away (7 minutes by car).
Interesting places to visit in Umag: the Via Garibaldi, which leads to Piazza della Libertà, where there is the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Vechhia city with small streets. The city offers various bars, where you can enjoy good coffee.
If you have to make purchases, we recommend Kaufland, Plodine, Spar or Lidl supermarkets because they are the most convenient.
If you are interested in doing some excursions, you can contact the Trevitours agency in Bašanija; the kind staff will give you the best advice for your needs. In Bašanija, there is the oldest lighthouse in Croatia, which must be seen absolutely.
In Umag, in summer, there are many cultural programs, music and clubbing festivals, concerts and many other things.

* We kindly ask our guests to take care of the appliances and the house. To use the towels in the right way (do not throw them down).
* Guests are kindly requested to declare any damage caused to the owner or agency during their stay. After assessing the damage, the cost will be charged on the spot.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und angenehm gestaltet. Das Bad sah neu aus und in angenehmer Farbe gehalten. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem begehbaren Schrank hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande einer kleinen Siedlung in der man die Ruhe genießen kann.

Die Wohnung war sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Klimaanlage war hilfreich, die Terasse ist relativ klein, aber für drei reicht der Platz. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Hunde waren lieb. An das Krähen der zwei Hähne haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt und die Ruhe der Umgebung sehr genossen. Zum Kanegra Strand war es nicht weit. Einkaufen in Umag war auch okay. Für die Duschkabine sollte man nicht zu dick sein ;-) die ist eng. Für denjenigen, der im Küchenbereich schläft könnte der laute Kühlschrank stören. Ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wären schön - aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft und auch die Agentur war sehr bemüht.
