About this apartment rental
Nice, modern and spacious bright apartment, all exterior except the bathroom with a nice terrace, in building with lift and disabled access in the city center.
Perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, while very functional.
The terrace can be accessed by any of their stays.
We are a management company for the rental of tourist apartments in San Sebastián of recognized prestige and with years of experience, managing numerous apartments.
In our company, two of the things that we value the most and give great importance are:
- We value and attach great importance to CLEANING THE APARTMENTS.
For this, we have a professional cleaning company. This uses top quality products. All our bedding and towels are washed in industrial laundries at more than 60º temperature to guarantee 100% hygiene.
- Very personalized attention to all our guests.
The apartment consists of:
- Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen.
- A large room with two individual beds, good wardrobe , with access to the terrace.
- Full bathroom with shower.
- Buenos wardrobes in the entry hall.
- Washing machine.
- Dishwasher.
- Refrigerator.
- Oven.
- Microwave.
- Ceramic hob.
- Small appliances (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, hairdryer, iron, etc.).
- Sheets, towels, complimentary shampoo and shower gel, toilet) paper.
- TV
- ADSL / WIFI
- Heating.
- Elevator
- Access for the disabled.
The apartment is located in the heart of San Sebastian just steps from the beach of La Concha, next to the Plaza Easo and Euskotren Amara Station.
In this square there are some nice bars with terraces.
For its great location you can easily walk to any strategic and interesting point of the city: Shopping, Part Veja, (known for its famous cuisine both pintxos and restaurants), theaters, museums, harbor, beaches, rivers, gardens, parks etc.
the use of car to get around the city is not necessary.
The area is surrounded by all kinds of trade, food, fashion, etc.
Very well connected with all means of transport, railway station, buses, taxis etc.

We collaborate with a company (CONCIERGE SERVICES) specialized in à la carte tours of the Basque Country.
We have taxi service.
Check in (IN-PERSON) is from 16:00. until 21:00 hours.

Security deposit € 300, (pre-authorization or by providing a credit card) at check-in, refundable in the event of no damage.

Arrival between 21:00 and 22:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

Very nice apartment within comfortable walking distance of the old town (15-20 mins). Check in was very smooth and Juan very helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. One small point is that the apartment is located beside a train station, so there is some ongoing noise although this stops about 11 each night unit early the next morning.
