About this apartment rental
New studio, fully furnished, with care for two people on the ground floor in a family house with a large garden and private parking.
The house is surrounded by greenery in a quiet area—an excellent choice for those who want to relax and enjoy the chirping of birds upon waking.
The accommodation has a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, dining table, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower, and a terrace with table and chairs available.
You can also enjoy a little rest in this fantastic scenery or ride a bike.
The beautiful pebble beach Kanegra is only 2 km away, and the restaurant is 500 m away.
Umag is 4.5 km away (7 minutes by car).
Interesting places to visit in Umag: the Via Garibaldi, which leads to Piazza della Libertà, where there is the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Old Town with small streets. The city offers various bars, where you can enjoy good coffee.
If you need to buy, we recommend Kaufland, Plodine, Spar or Lidl because they are the most convenient.
If you are interested in doing some tours, you can contact the Trevitours agency in Bašanija; the kind staff will give you the best advice for your needs. In Bašanija, there is the oldest lighthouse in Croatia, which must be seen absolutely.
In Umag, in the summer, there are many cultural programs, music and clubbing festivals, concerts and many other things.
* Registration only on the first day, per person € 7, to be paid in cash on arrival.
* We kindly ask guests to take care of household appliances and the house. To use towels in an appropriate way (do not throw them on the floor).
* We kindly ask guests to declare any damage caused to the owner or agency during their stay. After assessing the damage, the cost will be charged on the spot.

Sehr nette Vermieter, Appartement war modern eingerichtet, sauber alles super.
Der Ort Umag ist sehr schön, nur die Entfernung nach Umag ist nur mit dem Auto zu machen, dass ist schade.

Posizione molto calma, senza il suono della citta' per una vacanza in pace.
Apartamentino per due comodo e pulito, con tutto il necessario, parchegio coperto.
Vicino c'e' la spiaggia si Kanegra che ci ha lasciato senza fiato per la vista e l'aqua limpida e pulita.
