the hassle of getting onto the beach. i kept having to tell them im a guest and dont need to pay to enter. my uber couldnt find the location, the beach was dirty

Fridge needs to be stronger

The apartment itself was really cool and nicely decorated, it was clean, organized and everything there almost worked without problems, and the owner is a really nice person and very respectable person

while the apartment was really nice, the location itself wasn't really good, the place looks like an apocalyptic ruins, there are wild dogs everywhere, random goats running around, facilities like pharmacies for example are a very very long walk, there is no close ATMs in case you are a non-cash person for safety, you have to drive to oruba mall center for that, no delivery reaches this place at all so in case you didn't bring any food you are stuck with sea food or very expensive food from orouba mall center...., I also want to mention that the beach close to the apartment itself wasn't clean and we had to walk a bit to the left of the apartment to find a clean spot to use, and yes, even the private beach wasn't cleaned this well also one more thing to mention, idk if this is a weekend exclusive thing, but the neighbors are horrible and doesn't respect that not all people who want to take time off the city want to party all night long with a3'any sh3by on max volume, I barely had any sleep in the 3 days I had to spend there and to add insult to injury I wasn't able to sleep before driving about 250 kilos to cairo back in a foggy day as well, and if they aren't partying they are very loud and have 0 respect to any other person living there. But as much negative stuff as I said about the location itself, it barely has anything to do with the apartment itself and the owner since he was really respectable with me, but I think people going there should know what they are getting into specially that this wasn't a cheap booking for me.
