We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Communication was easy and responsive, and the check-in process was simple and well organized. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet gated community with controlled access, which made the area feel very private and secure. The accommodation itself is very large, bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas were all spotless. There are multiple bathrooms, large TVs in several rooms, plenty of space, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a brief issue with the internet, but the hosts responded very quickly to our messages and resolved the situation, which we really appreciated. After that, the internet worked very well. The location is also excellent if you are visiting the Orlando theme parks, with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and other attractions nearby. The only small negative was that some of the beds were quite squeaky, especially when turning during the night. Replacing or fixing them would make the stay even better. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Great communication, outstanding cleanliness, plenty of space, a secure location and very good value. I would gladly give this property the highest rating and would definitely stay here again.

A lava louça que não estava funcionando, nossa decisão na locação desta acomodação se deu baseado por existir lava louça, outro motivo que nos deixou frustrados foi por não existir academia, sendo que no anuncio consta a existência de academia, entrei em contato com o Anfitrião o mesmo me informou que não tinha academia.

Location location location. Going out for food and drink is all walkable. After a day driving around Orlando it was so good to walk out for dinner (and have a drink).

Driving in the gated community is not as simple as it should be. There are signs everywhere stating “no on street parking”. And of course so many people park on the street you only have a very narrow gap between the cars when driving along (god forbid you meet anyone coming the other way). And walking through the community is not made easy by people trying to fit two cars on their driveway which of course then covers the pavement (sidewalk). Meaning you have to walk on the road.
