About this apartment rental
There are 3 Suites with 3 double beds, all with Split Hot / Cold 9. 000 BTUS. All the double beds are delivered with full bed settee, including mattress and pillow protectors, total of 4 pillows per bed, In the 3 suites there are large window doors that give access to the Terrace, all in PVC, including the shutter that has electric drive at the head, allowing a very dark room at any time, besides the sound insulation.
The barbecue is in the room, all integrated with Home Theater Blue Ray with Smart TV 50 "LED, connected to the Wi-fi. The antenna is TVA, full package. The TV tb is connected to the Internet which is GVT with subscription to Netflix movies included.
The room has a Split 12. 000 BTUs that ensures the entire area's heating, Hot and Cold.
There are all the accoutrements for the barbecue and cooking. The stove is 5 burner stove, gourmet, with an electric oven and a large gas oven. Microwave. Biplex refrigerator. Plan furniture, granite, etc. LG Washer / Dryer for 10kg.
It is a distinguished apartment and has large terrace with a SPA with 8 seats and deck, with passes dishes for the kitchen / barbecue. It also has a SPA for 2 people, private of the Master Suite, in déck, a small refuge with Lounge for the couple (this can be double bed if you want to accommodate more people. Reinforcement, all Suites have Door / Windows that access the terrace (in covered and enclosed parts that have Sofas Cama and / or Lounge.
The entire apartment has pressurized hot and cold water. Gas passage heating, Komeko.
The apartments are one per floor throughout the building. The main door of the apt is with electronic lock and the password is your choice between 5 and 16 digits.

Mesmo com a praia próxima preferimos aproveitar o Spa e churrasqueira do apartamento. As crianças brincaram muito no terraço e nos deram um pouco de sossego, assim pudemos aproveitar a hidromassagem da nossa suíte.

O apartamento está de acordo com as fotos e com o que foi prometido.
Bastante higiênico.
Os Spa para 8 pessoas é muito relaxante e bem localizado no Terraço.
Churrasco no carvão. Água abundante. Todo o apartamento geladinho.
O Terraço é grande demais mas sei que o apartamento será bem ampliado. Vamos conferir!
Tudo próximo, restaurentes, padarias, supermercados, lojas, lojinhas, etc... tudo na AV. Brasil, e a praia a 250m.

Os dias foram ótimos, tudo funcionando bem, mesmo no inverno, o SPA quentinho e colorido nos relaxou, ao som do Sul e do Churrasco!
Tudo muito confortável, ampla área de Terraço, deveria ser melhor aproveitada, mas a proprietária tem planos excelentes. Aprovamos!
