On the ground floor, an open-plan living and dining room provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to the garden and terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and features a dining table for shared meals. Also on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and benefits from its own private shower and WC. One of the ground floor bathrooms is equipped with a sunshower, adding a distinctive wellness touch to the space. A sauna is also available on this level, complementing the property's wellness character. The upper floor, characterized by charming sloping ceilings, houses 4 additional double bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds of the same dimensions (90 cm, width 210 cm in length). Every bedroom throughout the villa is equipped with a flat-screen television. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with both bath and shower facilities, as well as a separate WC.
