Perfect aaccommodation for attending a wedding at the Brig-o-doon Hotel. Great little place, with excellent communication from the owners, who allowed early check in and even dropped us off at the hotel. So helpful. Immaculately clean, fab shower, and gorgeous bedding. We would definitely stay again

I recently had the pleasure of staying a night at this bothy, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by its peaceful setting and the sense of complete escape from the rush of everyday life. Surrounded by stunning scenery, it offered the perfect opportunity to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The welcome eggs and hot homemade scones on arrival was an added bonus, as well as a few little treats for my little Cavapoo, Dolly. Such a thoughtful touch!
The bothy itself was simple but incredibly welcoming. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
What stood out most was the atmosphere. It felt secluded without being inaccessible, adventurous without being uncomfortable. Waking up to fresh air and uninterrupted views each morning was a highlight in itself. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace, tranquility, and the beauty of the outdoors and a extremely comfy bed.
