I like what we got for the money we paid. Very good location, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchenette, hot water available all the time. Very nice employees, helpful and talkative. Free parking nearby. Rooms are being refurbished. Laundry room with a dryer available. Would I come to this apartment again? Most probably yes.

There was a noisy reconstruction during the day, sometimes like a small earthquake - the ceramic floor panels popped out from the floor. We did not get a replacement room, we had to put a sofa over it. No elevator and quite steep stairs, take this into consideration if you book an apartment on higher floors or laundry room on the top floor. The doors have no insulation and make quite a noise when closed. Some people might find it disturbing during the night. The sofa enjoyed it's best days, I cannot imagine adults sleeping on it. I would say max. 4 adults and 2 kids.

Booked for 6 and only set for 4 other than beds. Guests/residents in block were loud day and night so if you like sleep be warned
