The hotel was newly renovated, and the room and bathroom were both spacious and nice. The hotel also offers toiletries.
The body lotion and conditioner dispensers were empty when we arrived and never refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean overall, but finding some hair on the sink countertop when we arrived was disappointing.

The location in town is very good - grocery store, gas station and multiple restaurants around in walking distance. The room was also nice, with a fridge and a microwave which was useful to have snacks with us.
Kanab in general is great area to stay if visiting multiple national parks.
The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. It's some weird sausage patties, frozen scrambled eggs and some bread.. Very dissaponting.
