About this house rental
The beautiful holiday home, built in the 1920s, is tastefully and quality renovated. It is located in the lower valley area of Hermigua, just 500 meters from the sea.
The high rooms with beautiful mosaic tiled floors and large, partially mirrored, double doors in contrast to the modern kitchen and bathroom offer a successful mix of styles in which one can feel comfortable and unwind, without sacrificing comfort.
Through the main entrance door leads into the spacious entrance room and office, from there it goes over a curved staircase to the first floor in which the other rooms such as living room, dining, sleeping and bathroom, guest toilet and the kitchen are located. It also leads through the entrance room in the adjoining utility room where the washing machine and other useful things are.
The rooms upstairs all have French French windows that are open on the floor and through which you have a magnificent view of the valley and the side of the [nbsp] near sea. The three rooms - living room, dining room and bedroom - are still connected by double doors and each have a double door in the so-called "Galeria", a wide corridor from which the bathroom, the guest bathroom and the kitchen exit. From the "Galeria" one also gets to the "Patio Gardens", to the guest cottage above and to the large roof terrace, which gives the view over the entire valley of Hermigua.
The living room has an elegant, white genuine leather sofa by Natuzzi, two comfortable armchairs in the style of the 1920s, a TV (satellite connection) and a small music system with CD player.
The dining room is decorated in colonial style and painted in English green. It has a pull-out dining table for up to six people, a beautiful china cabinet and hand-blown sconces. All facings of the doors and windows of the dining room are mirrored and give the room a character similar to a castle.
The bedroom, with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm bed (mattress is relatively firm), has a large, 3-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers with three drawers. Next to the bedroom is the shower room with toilet, semi-circular shower cabin and a glass sink.
The kitchen is full and well equipped, so that cooking on holiday on La Gomera is fun.
The patio is right in front of the kitchen - here is a round wooden table with chairs and umbrella. Almost all year round, this outdoor space offers another "dining room" [nbsp] where you can sit and relax. On the upper terrace are the sun loungers and another small table with chairs.
The guest house in the garden is rustic furnished. It has a bed (140 x 190 cm) and a separate shower room with toilet and sink. This can be used on request and surcharge of 20, - € daily, if you need two separate bedrooms.

Vielen Dank nochmals für die tolle Betreuung durch Frau Schäfer! Wir haben die Zeit in der Casa Simone genossen, insbesondere den täglich neuen Blick von den unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Dachterassen aufs Meer und den Teide. Die Einrichtung im historischen Stil sowie die Ausstattung waren umfangreich und sehr geschmackvoll. Etwas moderner hättten wir uns die Verglasung bzw. Fensterbeschaffenheit im Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin gewünscht, da diese leider nicht ausreichend schallisolierend war.
