Rents the holiday apartment NUMBER 5 "Langeneß" on the North Sea island of Borkum in Neue Straße 28, located on the upper floor with 1x bedroom, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower and designer sauna, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Style, charm and comfort! In this beautiful 2-room apartment (58 m²) on the 1st floor you will spend relaxing holidays.
The bright living area with couch and TV is complemented by the modern kitchenette. The living room is light-flooded and impresses with a beautiful view. Adjacent to it is the impressive roof terrace, which quickly becomes your favorite place. Use your own wicker beach chair as well as table and chair to relax.
The bedroom with double bed has a second TV. On request, a children's travel bed (without bedding) and a high chair is available.
The bathroom is a real highlight! The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and its own design sauna and will delight you.

The old town villa is a modern, listed island house that is centrally located and at the same time in a quiet side street. Freshly spruced up, the typical island house has been shining in its former glory since 2014. The lovingly renovated Insulaner Haus impresses with its very high-quality furnishings, making it a holiday favorite.
The old town villa has five holiday apartments. Three of these are designed for 2 people each and two for 4 people each. All apartments have their own sauna.

Kurz und gut … ein wunderschöner Urlaub, auf einer wunderschönen Insel, in einer wunderschönen Wohnung! Kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder … und dann am liebsten in die Wohnung Langeneß ! Hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen.

Bereits zum dritten Mal hatten wir in der AltstadtVilla von Familie Neteler eine Wohnung gemietet. Erneut haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist freundlich und modern, die Lage zentral und ruhig, sowie die Organisation perfekt. Wenn es sich ergibt werden wir uns gerne erneut einbuchen.
