L'appartamento è nuovissimo e pieno di tutti i confort moderni , dal salotto cucina al bagno , alla camera tutto comodo e ben posizionato. condizionatore ottimo , posizione a 5 min dalla spiaggia e 5 min. dal centro e comunque vicino alle città di Porec e Vrsar a pochi min. di macchina !!!! La spiaggia è organizzata meglio di quella di Rovigno per i miei gusti !!!
Metterei una televisione in camera , ma comunque c'è già in salotto . In bagno ( che è nuovo e davvero TOP ) si potrebbe mettere una tenda sulla finestra perchè la stanza è esposta tutto il pomeriggio !!! , ma è solo un dettaglio !!!

Tiszta, jól felszerelt. A legjobb étterem szinte a szomszédban. Nyugodt környék, közelben minden elérhető. Gyalog pár perc a strand, Porec 10 perc autóval.

Mostly clean.
The owner didn't return our passports for two days after initial check-in, no oven/microwave whatsoever in the kitchen, no towels or hand-towels in the bathroom, no bathroom carpets so when you step out of the shower the bathroom is all wet, could say a few more things but that sums it up. All in all, the accomodation isn't worth the price. For 230€ per person, I expected a lot more.
