The home is beautiful and in very close driving distance to many beautiful beaches. It would have been difficult without a car because it was just way to hot to walk to places. The host is absolutely amazing and tried to provide everything we needed including a fan and laundry soap. We were comfortable during our stay. However, we ran into a few issues. There is one split for the entire home. We used an additional fan to let cool air into the room we slept in— which worked just fine. There was only two of us and no one used the second bedroom. I think if we had additional people with us that would use the other bedroom, it would’ve been too hot. I don’t think one split is enough to get all rooms to a comfortable temperature (we mostly used just that one bedroom, and none of the other rooms). I started laundry in the morning, thinking would be done within an hour. But, the washer is very old and took more than 3 hours to wash. We ended up waiting 3+ hours, which means we didn’t get to the beach until 10:30 or so. By that time all beaches were packed. All paid beaches were at full capacity. It was a very frustrating morning, but the rest of our stay was wonderful.
