Great stay in beautiful location.

Beautifully located hotel with stunning views and good facilities, including a restaurant and a great swimming pool. Very friendly service. Two nice beaches, a supermarket and several nice tavernas within walking distance.

The internet did not work in our room and we had to leave the room to sit near a router to use it. That is not ideal if you need to be online for work or other purposes. It seemed to be a general problem at the hotel, and 5G didn't work either most of the time.

Very tiny and not very comfortable shower, water was splashing around all the time. The room itself was quite outdated in terms of a decor and there was a sewer smell every so often.

The hotel is located in a wonderful place, close to beautiful beaches that can be reached on foot. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful, with a nice view from the balcony and restaurant. There is a clean, refreshing swimming pool, and parking spaces are located in front of the hotel, slightly uphill. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi was very weak and only worked in the balcony. There is no curtain in the shower, so water spills onto the bathroom floor when showering. The kitchenette lacked cooking utensils, and the frying pan and pot were not very suitable for cooking. The bedding also looked old and worn, and I would have liked it to be changed more than once a week. Except for that, everything was fine.

A relaxing atmosphere with amazing views

The property has a very relaxed atmosphere throughout. From the spacious rooms to the onsite Taverna and pool area, every element of this aparthotel has been created with uniqueness and care. Within a 2 minute walk there are lovely family run Tavernas and minimarkets and a variety of beaches all within walking distance. The Taverna onsite was amazing too with the most beautiful sunset views and delicious food at great prices!

The shower was a little difficult to control and the WiFi was very weak throughout the building but a great excuse to switch off and enjoy the locatiion

Elias and the whole staff were great hosts. Really helpful with information on local spots to visit & all round brilliant people. The location is also ideal to explore Liapedes and the rest of the West coast / island.

The perfect place for a summer vacation!

We were impressed by the beautiful sunset view! The room is big enough, the staff is very friendly. The location is fine, it's a quiet hotel with a lot of parking places.

It was a cozy and quiet hotel. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy sunsets from your balcony, this is the perfect place. We booked a room for three guests on the ground floor near the reception. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed according to the hotel’s policy. There’s a kitchen with all the necessary equipment in case you want to cook. On the balcony, you’ll find a table with chairs and a clothes dryer — perfect for towels and swimsuits. You can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the hotel restaurant. We especially loved the baked feta cheese with tomatoes and the grilled fish. The hotel is located about a 10–15-minute walk from the sea (depending on your pace). Personally, I found the walk easy and pleasant. The hotel provides beach umbrellas free of charge — you can borrow them near the pool. The beach is organized: you can rent sunbeds or simply use your own towel. There’s also a “wild” beach nearby called Rovinia. From the local beach, you can even walk to Paleokastritsa and the Virgin Mary Monastery — it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Two supermarkets are just a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. Also nearby is Michalis Taverna — definitely worth a visit! But the most important thing is the hotel staff. They are truly hospitable and kind. Special thanks to Dimitris, who warmly welcomed us and took care of everything during our stay. These people make you feel like part of the family — and you’ll definitely want to come back.

Just a recommendation to add a curtain for a shower to avoid water drops on all floor.

Beautiful view,Nice location, good staff, wifi is not good

Staffs are really nice and its clean, good location, 600 metres from main beach and also there are hidden beaches not far from.. 20-30 mins walk rovinia beach which is v beautiful. Close by there is Arias Grill which serves traditional Greek food, very delicious!

There are 2 things i would like to mention; Wifi is really bad, i understand this is a common problem in corfu but here we couldn’t watch anything or sometimes even lost internet completely. Bathroom, shower doesn’t have any covering so water spills everywhere.

Quite and relaxing

Very clean ,modern and comfortable. Studio kitchen facilities basic but adequate for our needs ( breakfast and lunch) view from balcony fabulous ( panoramic sea view room on top floor) . Pool good. Staff friendly and welcoming

Best view in Liapades!

Avra Sunset View exceeded our expectations! We were already excited for the view and room but were blown away by so much. The service: the property management team were helpful and waited for us to arrive from our very late flight and even provided us with a few snacks. They offered recommendations, directions, called us cabs, and provided excellent service at the on-site restaurant. Shout out to Demetrious for going above and beyond for us! The amenities: the pool area was clean and water the perfect temperature. The onsite bar and lounge is beautifully set up and has the most incredible views. The food at the onsite restaurant was fresh and delicious. In particular, we loved our breakfast - for 10 euro a person we had the choice of coffee/tea/ juice and a selection of two breakfast dishes. We especially loved the yogurt, the iced frappes, and the omelette. Location: great walking proximity to Liapades Beach (10 mins), supermarket (5 mins), town square (15 min) and many tavernas. We were lucky enough to catch a music festival in town so be sure to ask if there are any events happening! Recommendations and Good 2 Knows (G2Ks): Arias Tavernas - try the corfuit sofrito dish Liapades Beach - the walk back up is a doozy! Be sure to get the pita + two beer special for 4€ at Poseidon Beach Bar. Boat rentals and activities available at the beach. Try the sardines at the onsite restaurant.

Amazing place to stay in Liapades

Staff were amazing. All were very pleasant to speak to and we're extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had and handling extra accomodations that we needed. We required a vehicle rental and taxis arranged and these were handled for us with no problems. This convenience was truly great. Our stay was truly a vacation as we didn't need to worry about a thing during our stay. Food was also great at the taverna with generous portions.

Loved it, best location, real greek cuisine, would return anytime!

The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast (or dinner with sunset if you want) on the terrace is awesome with the seaview, The pool is very clean and warm with wide stairs on 1 side and 3 meters deep the other side. Rooms are spacious and have balcony with seaview and beds are comfy. You can just take a hat against sun of your style and put it back after return, or borrow a sunbrella (free) if you go to the beach. 3 beaches are within 6-10 minutes walk, with the supermarket at halfway. Lovely garden, nice terrace furniture, evening lights.

Wifi was good on the balcony and the terrace or by the pool, but in the room the signal was low (so you can survive...)

Family-type hotel without noisy companies and parties

Incredible place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel and tavern seems to be the best in the area. The location is a bit away from the road which gives a feeling of privacy and silence, lots of greenery. Delicious and varied breakfasts "a la carte" and in general the chefs in the hotel's tavern prepare very tasty local food. We were satisfied with our stay here.

One of my favourite hotels I have stayed at in Europe! The hosts were so wonderful and welcoming as well as all the taverna staff. Breakfast included was really good and such incredible value for money choosing x 2 items from a La carte menu and x 2 drinks. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk from beach up a hill but the view was so worth it!! Rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was sufficiently supplied. Pool had cosy sun lounges with and without shade which made it possible to lounge there all day. Cannot speak more highly enough of the exceptional staff who made our visit to Liapades truly sensational. Would recommend doing a supermarket shop in Corfu town if you have a car because supermarkets in area are scarce and expensive. However, best thing about this spot for young travellers is a car was not needed! Bus was so easy and because location was so perfect everything you needed was in walking distance.

Superb

The staff and the owner, Ilias, have been really nice and helpful, throughout our staying. The hotel location, in Liapades, with the spectacular landscapes and beaches, is much better than any other in Corfu island, in my opinion. Not ruined by excessive building like others places here, unfortunately. The view from the hotel terrace is one of the best in Liapades (see photos). Rooms are relatively new, and clean. Breakfast is very good.

Nothing to do with the structure, but something I will remember. The visit to Corfu Town centre has been made close to impossible to enjoy, because of the crowding of the streets by hordes of tourists... like us!

The staff is very nice, view is fantastic, breakfast is great and plenty of parking spaces free onsite. Overall a very good experience which I highly recommend.

Room service could be more often, food at the restaurant could be improved aside breakfast which is great. Rooms have poor sound proofing but on our stay after 23:00 it was very quiet.

Best place to stay in Corfu

The staff was amazing, they were very kind and were always there if we needed something. The view from our room was speechless, during the day like during the night. The pool was refreshing and very clean with cute sun beds. The location was the best although we didn’t rent a car and we still had the possibility to see many beach by foot (Rovinia, limni, glyko, polios, illiodoros, paleokastritsa beach, and many others in paleokastritsa) We used the corfu trail to see all of the beach but sometimes it took us 40min to 1h30 but we love hiking so it wasn’t a problem to walk. Totally worth it. To go to Rovinia it took us 10min, for limni 30 and for illiodoros 1h20. Good breakfast for a 3 stars even though it was the same everyday

We didn’t like the fact that there is a lot of wasp (but that’s not at all the fault of the hotel of course.) Advice if you don’t like wasp, don’t go eat outside
