Location and views were absolutely fabulous. The transfer to and from port was very helpful! Ari and Irene were the best hosts.

Vista mare favolosa, pulizia molto buona (10 minuti a piedi dal centro - scooter comunque consigliato), ottima location, colazione varia, staff gentile e attento, cambio lenzuola giornaliero, teli mare a disposizione, parcheggio, piscina, tranquillità e silenzio. Consigliato vivamente.

The views are excellent overlooking the port of Serifos and Livadakia beach. The rooms were nicely decorated and there is parking space for the car. The rooms were cleaned every day and a pool available. Decent breakfast with coffee.

For what is offered the place is overpriced (starting price 220€ - going to 340€ +). We talk about decent and clean rooms, but they are charged like a boutique hotel. The double room we initially stayed couldn’t cool down with the air conditioning. The owner could keep the volume down a bit when talking about customers with her staff. The kitchenette could be a bit better equipped (e.g. bottle opener, etc) and bottle of waters offered.
