THREE-ROOM APARTMENT IN AGRITURISMO ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE STRUCTURE.
THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF LIVING LIVING AREA WITH KITCHEN SIDE, DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH BATHROOM IN ROOM,
ROOM WITH DOUBLE BED + SINGLE BED WITH ROOM BATHROOM.
THE AGRITURISMO HAS THE POOL WITH UMBRELLAS AND BEDS TO OFFER A RELAXING HOLIDAY;
GARDEN WITH TABLES AND UMBRELLAS TO ENJOY SPENDID DAYS EVEN DURING MEALS;
- The Azienda Agrituristica Santa Barbara is located in the municipality of San Miniato, on a hill with a dominant view of the surrounding hills and the city of San Miniato al Tedesco, in an excellent position to reach the major centers of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, etc.
- The restoration of the complex was carried out with care and attention to detail, with exposed beams and bricks and finely furnished with poor art furniture to immerse guests in an atmosphere of ancient Tuscan rural tradition.
- The farmhouse includes 4 different apartments of various sizes, each apartment is equipped with dishes and bed linen and towels.
One of these apartments is inhabited by the owner.
- The flagship of the company is certainly the large swimming pool, located right on the highest ridge of the hill surrounded by olive trees and gorse, from which you can look inside horizon without being able to distinguish the end between water and sky.
- Upon reservation it is possible to dine in a cozy lounge obtained from the ancient stable, in the middle of which stands a large hearth, where you can discover the ancient flavors of Tuscan cuisine, in addition to our farm products in particular the excellent extra virgin olive oil of olive and red wine, mushrooms and truffles that are born in abundance on our farm, to conclude with the intoxicating vinsanto and the tasty homemade desserts.
- For those who love nature there are many paths through vineyards and woods that can be traveled on foot, by bike or on horseback, and then rest in our cool pine forest.
- The welcome that Monica and Giovanni are able to offer to guests is more than familiar, I would say as great friends.

Nice house with excellent swimming pool. Close to Florence, Pisa and Lucca, but also closer by there is enough to visit. We had a diner arranged by our host and had in this way a good possibility to taste the wine produced by our host.

Our stay here was more wonderful than we ever imagined. Monica is such a gracious host. She bought this home in ruins and transformed it into the most beautiful Tuscan oasis. Our apartment perfect for our family of 5. I was very concerned about lack of air conditioning as we were here during the heat of summer, but we ended up being very comfortable. The windows all have screens to protect from bugs so it is easy to open them and let in fresh night/morning air. The location was central to many lovely towns in Tuscany. We day-tripped easily to Florence, Siena, Volterra, and Lucca/Pisa from here. There are little grocery stores nearby to get supplies. We were also so lucky to experience Monica's amazing cooking. Since we were arriving late in the evening, Monica offered to prepare us dinner and breakfast the next morning. We arrived exhausted from a long day of driving...Not only were we served a four-course meal (the best food we ate our whole trip!) but we also got to drink Monica's own wine and home-made digestif made from fennel. The next morning she served us another delicious spread for breakfast. The pool was also a big hit with my kids. It is gorgeous and clean, atop a hill in the middle of an olive grove. Heaven! I only hope we can return some day.

it was a very nice and hot holiday trip into the toscana region, some towns are nearby and easy to reach by car, The very nice pool in the morning and evening hours is in this case very welcome.
the hospitality of Monica is very great also during night times by a small accident in the flat.tthere is also very fine vine from the own wineyard for tasting.
We can recomend this location. An fishing possibility is also nearby with a small restaurent and friendly waiters.
