About this villa rental
Are you longing for lazy days in a small French village among vineyards and gorgeous landscapes, but with idyllic small towns and the buzzing life and beautiful beaches of the Riviera only a short drive away?
Our spacious summer house is located only 20 minutes away from some of the best beaches France has to offer. The house is perfect for families with children, the extended family or friends on holiday. The garden is sheltered for access and there is a large free area at the back. The property has many nice outdoor areas. The barbecue area with grill and pizza oven, the lounge area, sun beds by the pool or shaded areas by the main entrance and under the tree in the back garden.
The house is all on one level with two air conditioning systems installed. Outside there is a lovely garden to relax in, with the 8x4 m heated pool as the natural center. (Cleaning of pool 2 times a week. The pool is normally open from april to mid October.) On the fenced property we also have parking for 3 cars within the gate. The house is located in a safe and quiet area with French neighbors and no mass tourism. The airport of Nice is 45 min. away. Our local assistants in the village live in the same street and are happy to assist you throughout your stay if it is desirable or necessary.
Content: Entrance hall, separate well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with bunk beds.) Large double bathroom with spacious shower, separate toilet. One en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet located by one of the master bedrooms which also has a sofa area. Large living room with TV and sofa, dining area and double glass doors leading onto the terrace.
You will find the local baker at the village square after a short stroll through the forest path behind the house. By the way, only 2 minutes from the house is also one of several nice playgrounds for the children. Every Saturday morning there is a charming Provencal market on the square with fruits and vegetables, local products and specialties. In addition to the bakery you will find a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy / doctor, pizza takeaway, deli shop, newsagent and bar / restaurant among other stores in the village, where the locals play petanque in the afternoon.
Whatever you desire for your holiday, loads of great experiences and excursions await you close by. Riding, cycling, canoeing, mountain walks, golf, beach and city life, vineyards and beautiful medieval towns to name a few are all within a 20 minute drive.

Had everything we needed for 3 kids and the Grandparents. Kids loved the pool, Grandad loved the BBQ and pizza oven! Handy location to walk to local shops or drive to Fréjus in about 10 mins

On arrival at ……… we were very impressed with the property’s location, layout and amenities.The spacious property is located on a quiet residential estate, the gardens to the front and back are very private and not overlooked.We are a family of 6 with a young baby and with this fully equipped home, our every need was catered for. There is a full size dishwasher, washing machine, ample storage space for clothing and plenty of board games for entertainment and a table tennis table.We also enjoyed making use of the bbq and eating outside on several occasions.Our location allowed us to travel to Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco as well as other places. Roquebrune which is a 15 minute drive away is a beautiful village and we went to the small outdoor market on the Friday morning. There are a small number of bars and local shops within a 10 minute walk of the property.The south facing pool is a good size and maintained regularly.Our visit has left a lasting impression on all our family and would love to return at some point in the future.

Overall a very good property but a little rough around the edges (shower not working, kitchen cabinets broken, ants in house etc) Outside pool area is fantastic. Whole family loved the pool and outside area. Rear felt a bit unloved but kids still enjoyed table tennis and playing with toys, in that area.

A great stay in a very nice villa, we did enjoy the swimming pool a lot. Also the owner has been very welcoming from start to finish.
