Location and hospitality nice / toilet-bathroom situation not nice. Rooms pretty small.

The owner, Annie is a very friendly and hospitable person. The location of this accommodation is very nice (near the Chateau de Kergroadez) whereas the long alley of old trees on the way to "Chez Annie" and the Chateau are very inviting. The place is very quiet and no outside disturbances are to be expected

The "single Toilet/Bathroom" situation is challenging whenever all rooms are booked at the same time (as described above). Consequently it is also challenging for the owner (who is not so young any more) to keep up with hygiene and cleanliness, especially if one or the other guest leave the single toilet/bathroom facility in a condition left to be desired.

Lovely quiet chambre d’hote; warm welcome!

Quiet location; warm and welcoming host. Even when full, the place was quiet. Annie could not have been friendlier and more accommodating as we were visiting the Chateau next door for a wedding; no problem to come and go and to return very late.

Ok for one night. Good to explore the area. Nice castle close by. Annie tried her best to talk to us since we didn’t speak French.

Bit difficult to communicate with Annie, since she does only speak French (no English at all). One shared bathroom for 4 double rooms is a bit difficult to organize in the morning. No so clean in the breakfast room.

Annie est une hôte très accueillante et son jardin est magnifique. Un petit déjeuner typiquement français.

Non seulement la salle de bains et les toilettes doivent être partagées avec 6 autres personnes et en plus une chambre d'environ 10m2 pour deux personnes. Cela ne devrait pas autorisé sur Booking.com.

une halte bucolique près de Saint Renan

Annie nous a bien accueilli dans sa jolie maison tout proche d'un chateau.Chambre pas très grande mais propre et bien équipée.Petit dejeuner copieux avec jus de fruit, croissant ,pain au chocolat , différents pains et confitures. Annie est très dévouée pour accueillir ses hotes.
