Very close to La Sagrada Familia, very nice area, very helpful staff, very clean, the only problem we had when we were leaving the elevator broke , and we had to bring everything down on the stairs. That was a little hard.

The address was a little confusing, as we went to the office of the property, and the actual place was 30 minutes away, it took 3 hours to get a taxi. That was disappointing. Once we got yo the place, everything was wonderful.

El alojamiento, tiene una excelente ubicación , todo impecable. Mejoraría colocar perchas para toallas en el baño, en la ducha algo para poner jabón y shampoo y acondicionador. La cama la encontré pequeña pero no es incómoda. El resto todo muy bien !!

Habría agregado perchas en el baño , algo para poner cosas en la ducha y cojines en la cama

Great location, responsive staff.

1) Terrible check-in experience. I was contacted 15 hours before checkin, late at night. At the end had to go through multistage checkin while at the airport. Had to go back and forth talking with the staff while waiting for boarding a plane... 2) There is a sign on the door that says it's super IMPORTANT to close the door with the key or someone can sneak in to steal your stuff, but WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE KEY))) 3) Kitchen is not equiped for cooking: no spices, oil, kettle to make a tea in the morning. It doesn't make any sense to buy all of that for 2 nights of stay. 4) Washing machine stinks of mold and thus unusable. 5) 300 Euro deposit + a bunch of glass countertops = profit.
