Όμορφο διαμέρισμα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Πρέβεζας και στις παραλιες. Ευρύχωρο σπίτι με κουζινακι για να φτιάξεις τα απαραίτητα και έχει και πλυντήριο που μας βόλεψε. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 2 ενήλικες με δύο παιδιά. Άμεση συνεννόηση με τη σπιτονοικοκυρά.
Δεν είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση η πολυκατοικία αλλά ήταν ανεκτό. Το σπίτι ήθελε λίγο καλύτερο σκούπισμα πριν μπούμε γιατί είχε άμμο στο πάτωμα από τους προηγούμενους και τη νιώθαμε όταν παταγαμε ξυπόλυτοι πριν καν πάμε εμείς παραλία.
