Great appartement, fully equiped, comfy beds!

Big appartement, very clean and super comfy beds! Everything needed was there in kitchen and bathroom. The hosts were there to help if needed, but also granted privacy because they don't live there themselves. Also (we didn't need it, but...) they are LHBTIQ friendly! You can borrow bikes to get a bit further then Emmerich.

Emmerich, the town itself, is a bit boring. So make sure to get out and about by bike or car. You can borrow bikes from the hosts!

Really nice sized and well kited out appartment

Really nice interior , easy access through door codes so minimal fuss, super comfortable beds and really nice size. A great apartment to spend a few nights ! Well accommodated kitchen which even had a dishwasher. I would definitely stay here again !

Just a minor thing but with the windows open there is some road noise , whilst its fairly minimal on a hot night with the windows open it was noticeable. With the windows closed you couldn't hear a thing so all in all didnt bother me too much but if you are a light sleeper it may well do if you want to keep the windows open at night.

Intermezzo is a fabulous property with brand new comfortable designer apartments. The property is in a leafy part of Emmerich yet only a few kilometres from the city centre. Off street parking was a bonus and keyless entry is a big plus.

Very Modern and clean accommodation in Emmerich

As said in the title, this property is very modern and clean. There is everything what someone could need, from cutlery, glasses of all types, plates, pots, cups etc. Quality coffee and tea and water in the fridge! The shower and towels were at top quality too as well the bed and pillows. The communication with the owners was very good and they suggested us places to see around the area. The entrance works with a personal code that is received on the day of the check in. The free Parking slot and bikes were definitely a plus! We couldn't have think about a better accommodation for a weekend gate-away! Above expectations!

Just two small things: - one day we could hear the construction noise from across the street but nothing very very disturbing. - one of the bikes made a funny noise while cycling (because of the gears) but still functional

Super Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Reaktionszeit bei der Lösung eines Problems war außergewöhnlich gut. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Ausstattung des Appartements gut, Dekoration in der Vorweihnachtszeit ansprechend.

Besser geht immer!!! Wir haben jedoch nichts auszusetzen und nichts vermisst.

Fantastisch.

De accommodatie was zeer schoon. Het bed was erg heel fijn. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren fietsen aanwezig, hiervan hebben wij gebruik van gemaakt. De dame van de schoonmaak, en de eigenaar waren super vriendelijk.

Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist ist sehr modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass bei der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe verwendet wurde den Komfort so zu gestalten, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt und man alles problemlos nutzen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Domizil ist mit einem attraktiven Außenbereich ausgestattet.

Heerlijke plek!

Fijn en duidelijk contact met de gastheren. Mooi supercomfortabel, superschoon, appartement; er ontbreekt aan niets! Mooie tuin met zittingen én veel zon (die mazzel hadden we eind maart). Ligging aan rand van Emmerich. Alles op loop en fietsafstand naar centrum en Rijnboulevard. Goede uitvalbasis met auto voor bezoeken van kasteel Anholt, Archeologisch Park Xanten, wandelgebieden, leuke dorpen, zowel in Duitsland als de Achterhoek. Hier gaan we zeker nog een keer relaxen.

Super Unterkunft. Tolle Gastgeber!

Unser Aufenthalt im Intermezzo Emmerich hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles da, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Selbst an Details wie „Der gut sortierte Getränkekühlschrank im Keller“ wurde gedacht. Meine Frau und ich werden wiederkommen.
