About this apartment rental
Our unit is located on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It is part of the Top of the Gulf Condominiums, a beachfront resort in Panama City Beach, Florida! It is within minutes from Pineapple Willy's, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or Not, and Walmart! On site, there is an internet cafe, a poolside food bar, a full swimming pool and a kiddie sized pool, as well as a fitness center. There is also coin operated laundry facilities located on every even floor. Our room itself is 2 queen beds (brand new!) and a brand new sofa! There is also a premium twin sized foldable bed with a memory foam mattress! It is a studio, with a full kitchen, full bathroom and FREE WI-FI in the unit! The kitchen has a fridge and a pantry to store all of your food. And bring your favorite k-cups because there's also a K-cup compatible coffee maker! We have a very nice sized walk-in closet as well that you can store all of your luggage and clothes. That way, it isn't lying around in your way. We also offer a Take-a-Book-Give-a-Book library in our unit, as well as a few card and board games for a rainy day. We also provide beach chairs and boogie boards! Panama City Beach is one of the most gorgeous places to visit. Our heart definitely resides there and we would love to share our second home with you!

The description of the property is exactly what you get. Our only complaint is the tub not draining great. We will DEFINITELY be back! our host family was more than nice! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Check in was crazy. Had to pay $20 to park and then they didn’t have a card reader so I had to walk up and down steps 6 times to go to the atm downstairs and then back up to pay and get wrist band. Then wouldn’t let me take my husbands with me while he sat in the car with the babies so he had to go back up to check in on the second floor to get it and had several problems with the security guard on the lower level. He was very rude. Then got to the room and it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room.
