The main house, Casa Contenta ,provides indoor/ outdoor feeling with walls of window and views from every room. It offers a chef's kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is a breakfast /cocktail bar for 4. This is an ideal social space for your entire group to enjoy.
Enjoy the large bedroom suite with split king bed (elevating independently), ensuite shower bath with dual vanity, marble finishes. Additionally, there are 2 single (trundle bed) beds in the loft. An additional 1/2 bath is just off the kitchen area. Sleeps 4.
Our Casita at poolside provides a king bed, ensuite bath, full kitchen. and floor to ceiling windows. Relax on the large terrace steps from the pool with view of garden and ocean. Ideal for those with limited physical abilities. Perfect for a couple. Sleeps 2.
2 suites are located in an upstairs area capturing even more expansive views. They are mirror images of each other. Both these deluxe suites offer a king bedroom with walls of glass. Adjoining the bedroom via a grand bathroom is a second "junior" bedroom. Each bathroom has a large shower with a sky view dome. Double vanities with marble counters. There is a single bed and a bunk bed (3 people)in one of the junior rooms, sleeping 4 total. The second junior room offers a single bed, and bunkbed for 2, sleeping total of 3. These 2 rooms are ideal for children. There is a lockable pocket door that divides the 2 suites if desired. Each room has access to the terrace.The suites are approximately 30 feet from the pool, main house and casita. Suites in total sleep 11.

I have rented through VRBO for many years now, and Ocean Oasis is the best rental experience I have had. There are so many reasons for that, but I will try to break them down into manageable categories:1. The physical property: The property is enormous, meticulously landscaped and surrounded by incredible natural beauty. We could see and hear the ocean all day. We regularly saw scarlet macaws, capuchin monkeys, and a range of lizards, frogs and other birds. 2. The buildings: There are not only the three buildings described in the listing, but also a gazebo with a full bathroom and complete kitchen. The main kitchen was the best equipped I have had at a rental. High quality pans (Lodge cast iron, stainless steel, etc) and good knives made meal prep so easy. The enormous double fridges meant that our group of 12 had plenty of food storage. The pool is pristine!3. The people: As great as the property is, the people are what make Ocean Oasis exceptional. At the owner's request, Julio, the building manager, built a beautiful custom high chair for my 18 month-old nephew to use. Javier, the property manager, was responsive to us day and night, and so knowledgeable about the peninsula. Brenda & Seidy cooked us an authentic Costa Rican meal that was a highlight of the week for all of us.If you choose to stay here, I suspect that you, like us, will have a hard time leaving! We appreciate every person who made the trip extraordinary.

It is hard to put into words just how much we loved this place!!! The pictures don’t even come close to doing the property justice. We vacationed with 5 children (ages 3 months to 5 and 9 adults. This place was absolutely perfect for our crew. The walk through the jungle was fun and easy enough to do with the kids but when they were tired the drive there and back was a breeze with easy parking. We felt totally alone in the jungle while still having plenty close by to get groceries or go out to eat, etc. the beach was almost completely empty at all times with soft sand and perfect warm water. We had monkeys come visit us and play in the trees above the pool on multiple occasions, as well as other wildlife like macaws, lizards etc. the place was very clean and well cared for. Our host Javier was very attentive to any needs that came up. If you’re on the fence, book now. You won’t regret it!!
