We had all we needed to have a great week. The AC went out after hours and a repairman came within 2 hours to fix it! The condo is a great location to the pool and beach. The amenities are great and I can tell the property has done some upgrades over the past few years.

The unit was clean and very comfortable. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken and could not be pulled out to use.

The location and complex was great, however the condo itself was not clean! The dishes were disgusting and we could not use the pots and pans even after washing them! We had to eat out for every meal. There were stains on the comforters and you could tell they had not been washed. The toilet seat was broken and there was dirt and grime in the tub. We also saw roaches. The check in process was terrible. We had to go to one place to get the keys and the office at the complex to get the rest of our stuff (parking passes and wrist bands) and we had to go to both places to drop things off at check out which was a pain. I will stay at the complex again but in a different condo. The complex itself was clean and in a great location with lots of stuff for the kids to do!
