Appartamento ampio, confortevole, ben arredato. Palazzo con portiere ben tenuto. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti.Servizi nei dintorni fra cui due ottime pasticcerie giusto di fronte. 600 metri dal Teatro Massimo. Un po’ più distante, 15’ a piedi, il centro storico, ma è una piacevole passeggiata. Infine relativamente agevole trovare parcheggio in strada o in autorimesse a pagamento e raggiungere la zona che è fuori ZTL ma ancora vicinissima al centro.
Gli ascensori sono efficienti ma forse un po’ datati (aspetto francamente trascurabile).

Lejligheden ligger centralt, dog en del støj fra gaden. Dejligt med altan, dog manglede der noget lys. Fine store værelser og gode senge. Der var kaffe, croissanter og toastbrød - god service.
Gadestøj, manglede nærliggende indkøbsmulighed. Det var meget svært at finde bygningen, bedre vejledning til adressen er ønskelig.
