Very comfortable bed, very clean towels and bed linens, good wifi, great and very clean fridge, the boiler had enough hot water for me to wash/rinse my long hair twice.
Had a strange smell in the bathroom, the oven was not working.

Quiet
Very hot in the afternoon (late August). Bathroom smells like sewage. Neighborhood - roads, city renovation - lets to be desired of. If you get over these, it's fair.
