The apartment is in very good condition. Everything as described. On the first day we got vegetables and wine from the owner. We also got wine as a gift before we left
One night we were loud after 11pm (no warning that day). The next day we were just sitting, playing card games and talking on the balkony, the owner came and said that we are loud and we should go to the beach and have fun there and it's not allowed after 11pm.
Next day we went to the beach. After we come back to the apartment. We ate some food and talked since 3 minutes on the balkony and the owner came again, and told us that we are breaking the rules and he gives our money back and leave 1 day earlier. I think that is unacceptable. I also don't think that talking on the balkony is forbidden on a summer vacation even after 11pm. (Finally we didn't left the apartment one day earlier)
Otherwise everything was fine.
