This modern apartment is located in the residential Palazzo Vivaldi where you can find (Swimming pool available all year, gym, sauna,wide meeting room with games, 24h reception)
It is all exterior and very bright. It has an equipped American style kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware)
In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortable as there are proper mattresses for sleeping.
There is a bathroom with bath and window to the terrace.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with viscoelastic mattress with a wide door which lead to the terrace.
There is Free Wifi and aircon in all the apartment.
It is provided with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.
Ideal for up to 4 people who want to spend a nice holidays in a good area and perfect apartment close to the beach.

Le penthouse est très agréable, lumineux et au calme (grande terrasse, excellente literie, place de parking en sous-sol, une personne est toujours présente à la réception et avec tout le nécessaire de confort) et très bien situé (nous avons fait tout à pied - plage, commerces, restaurants...).
Véronica est très disponible, aimable et de bons conseils.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este apartamento.
Muy limpio y completo, teníamos cafetera y hervidora de agua, extras que muchas veces no encuentras.
El recibimiento fue muy bueno y la anfitriona muy atenta durante toda la estancia.
Es una zona con buenos bares de tapas y la playa esta bastante cerca, unos 5 u 8min andando.

Estuvimos unos 5 dias y lo pasamos genial,mi hija todo el dia metida en la piscina que es climatizada todo el año srgun me dijeron ,el apartamento está en una comunidad que tiene sauna que por 3€ puedes usar, conserje 24 horas super simpaticos,y zonas comunes muy bonitas aparte de un garage amplio donde dejar el coche.El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y tiene una terraza enorme donde tomar el sol todo el día,esta decorado con muy buen gusto y es igual que en las fotos. La playa no queda lejos y tampoco hay problemas de aparcamiento si quieres coger el coche para ir alli. Tiene un centro comercial al que puedes ir andando a tan solo 5 min y ademas todo tipo de servicios de restauración al lado.Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas y repetiremos seguro!

My holiday in the penthouse was fabulous!The area is really nice, and the penthouse is beautiful and CLEAN. Owners are really friendly and smiling. They share their knowledge about the area. There is everything around. I really recommend this property.
