About this chalet rental
Contemporary chalet designed by its architect owner. It is located at the entrance of a traditional village "Puy St André" on a plot bordered by a stream with trees north and trees to the south. A mountain garden sits the cottage. Located 6 minutes from the Briançon cable car giving access to the entire Serre Chevalier ski area. It faces South, dominates the valley of the Durance and faces the Queyras enjoying a unique panorama. Each space has been designed and furnished with contemporary furniture designed by great designers, the South gives the living room on a terrace of 35 m² very sunny larch. The chalet has a garage on the ground floor to park a vehicle indoors and an outside place for another vehicle. This large garage has an equipped laundry room and ski racks. On the ground floor there are all the spaces of conviviality decomposing into a main access comprising cloakroom and large toilet of about 10 m², the living room main living room, dining room kitchen on 50 m², and a multimedia lounge 13 m² can be used as extra bedroom.
