About this villa rental
Villa Pierre is a new building all in tuff (like the ancient masseria) with a private swimming pool (heated in winter) in a property of over one hectare, entirely protected by drywall and automatic door, located on the Parabita hill, in the Contrada Richiazzi , with a panoramic view of the coasts of Gallipoli (Baia Verde and Rivabella), just 10 km from the famous beaches of Baia Verde, on the Ionian Sea, and about 30 km from the Atlantic and Otranto.
EXTERNAL
The property is surrounded by vegetable gardens; on the ground of the structure about forty olive groves and green plants and multicolored flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The villa has a large terrace overlooking the sea, as well as a solarium, entirely covered with typical Soleto stones, and a large infinity pool (heated in winter) with mosaic (length 9.5 m, width 3.9 m and depth 1.6 m), an outdoor shower with cold and hot water and a terrace with deck chairs and umbrellas, an aperitif corner complete with tables and chairs for lunch and dinner outdoors completes the picture.
Outside, behind the villa, next to the kitchen, there is also a wood-burning barbecue and a gas barbecue, table and chairs for lunch and dinner.
INDOOR
The main level, on the ground floor of the house, consists of a lounge with a traditional Apulian fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, etc.) and SMEG appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).
There are also 4 bedrooms with double bed with en suite bathroom with typical coating and Italian shower.
Downstairs there is a pantry with a second refrigerator,
a laundry equipped with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board,
an additional guest bathroom,
a technical room.
NEAR THE VILLA
A dry stone trullo (typical house of Puglia) with a room with double bed, fully equipped, and ensuite bathroom.
The villa and the trullo are fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, alarm and surveillance system 24 hours a day.

Very nice property. It present better than the pictures. We has some problems with the A/C not working. Eventually it was semi-repaired and some of the rooms still remained warm. Nevertheless owner was responsive and helpful and they let us stay over check out time.
