It was comfortable and the view and the house are amazing and really beautiful

Internet is really bad, but if you have you own data than its not problem, also some things are old or just broken, they need to fix it

Location is amazing, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The laundry was left from the last guest and was just piled on the floor of the laundry room. The coffee pot was not usable which is not the best when you stay with 6 coffee drinkers. I understand that a lot of people stay there but place and amenities were very run down and all of the fun gaming equipment was in very bad shape and mostly unusable. Overall facility was not cleaned very well.

location was great, driving distance to beautiful trails and parks

The house is very spacy and beds are comfortable. However, the house was not as clean as others we have stayed at; we had to sweep and water down the entrance in order not to track the dirt into the house...it had many spider webs and trash around the house and inside in the basement area as well. The stove looked very dirty, we had to clean as best as possible in order to feel comfortable using it. For a house with a "NO SHOES in the house" policy, the floors looked smudged and carpets dirty...by the end of the night our socks were black. The restrooms had hair in the showers/tubs and not well swept. Because of this and COVID, we had to spend a good part of our first day, cleaning and disinfecting. I would truly consider retraining your cleaning crew.
