About this apartment rental
Location, location, location.
This gem of an apartment is located between the popular marina, Puerto de la Duquesa, and the picturesque little fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. From the apartment you have 15 meters to the pool area and about 50 meters down to the sea and the beautiful beach. No problem here, to go down in the morning and take a morning bath!

The 20 m2 large terrace has a west facing position with dining area and barbecue. On the east side there is a smaller terrace with a coffee table.

There is a lot to see and experience in the area. Just a few hundred meters from the apartment, Puerto de la Duquesa is considered one of Costa del Sol's best marinas. In the marina you can book boat and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars. If you go from the apartment, you will find Castillo de la Duquesa, once a Roman fishing village with some good restaurants.
A bit beyond La Puerto de la Duquesa lies the charming Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas, where you will find everything you may need; supermarkets, shops, banks and pharmacies. The nice promenade lined with bars and restaurants. In Sabinillas you can also visit a traditional market every sunday morning and every Friday you have a smaller market at the seafront and more.

Niestra estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías: mobiliario y electrodomésticos buenos, menaje muy completo (no faltaba de nada) , muy limpio. La urbanización en primera línea de playa, muy cuidada y tranquila. Lo único a lo que poner un pero es que la terraza no tiene nada para protegerte del sol, falta un toldo o sombrilla.
Altamente recomendable.

Lage und Örtlichkeit an sich Spitze. Gemütliche Unterkunft und gut zu finden. Die einzigen sehr kleinen Kritikpunkte sind: man braucht bisschen Geduld bei der Parkplatzsuche, der Putzdienst hätte auch den Mülleimer leeren können und mal im Kühlschrank durchwischen (ansonsten war es sehr sauber). Es empfiehlt sich auch genau die Adresse zu lesen, weil die Nummer des Schlüssels eine andere ist und die Anordnung der Wohnungen etwas verwirrend sind (gibt aber einen Plan in der Mitte). Check in war bei geschlossenem Büro - lief zwar an sich reibungslos - aber war eben ein leicht merkwürdiges Gefühl, dass niemand für eine kleine Einweisung/Begrüßung da war. An sich keine große Sache, lief alles gut ab. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Exceptionally clean well presented apartment. Great location for the Port with cafes and restaurants in abundance. Ideal base for couples. A map of the complex showing the actual location of the apartment or more detailed directions would be useful. Would definitely stay again.

Quatily of equipment was excellent. Not enough cooking pots and no electric kettle. Expected to have sea view as avertised on booking. Back bedroom very dark.
