Lovely hotel, in a lovely, small, walled city.

Excellent continental breakfast buffet, all the coffee/tea you could want, and lots of options to eat (pastries, cereals, cheeses, meats, eggs, pigs in blankets, yoghurts, fruit salad, etc.). Even has an honesty bar near reception for when you want very late drinks/snacks when the bar is closed. Beautiful old building, with exposed beams and cool interior despite no air conditioning (due to the metre thick walls probably). Courtyard for parking was between the hotel and restaurant/bistro, but it was small and quiet, and there were no vehicles obstructing access. The city itself is within the region of the same name, and has medieval walls surrounding it...yet has all the modern conveniences of a new town (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, train station, etc.). Mostly pedestrianised with very limited vehicular access, which makes wandering around very safe.

This was a pleasant hotel. The breakfast is very good and people friendly. Parking places are available but difficult to reach given the medieval city and the remnants of the 2021 inundation of the center. No dinner served. We recommend the Italian Massimo with an excellent Zabaione.

We LOVED EVERYTHING about Boutique Hotel Marielle! Firstly, the hotel is just beautiful, everything has been thought of and the fit out is so tasteful. Best of if the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Just perfect!

The hotel is really beautiful, very stylish decor, incredibly comfortable bed. Highly recommend paying for the better room so you can park at the hotel! The team at the hotel were so kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful. A little gem.

Absolutely fantastically appointed hotel. Superb facilities location staff and food. It exceeded every one of our expectations. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who loves luxury in unique surroundings and we will certainly stay there again in the future. Oh and the breakfast... It's divine!

It was unfortunate that due to ongoing refurbishment following devastating floods in summer 2021 the WiFi is not working but data coverage is good despite the age and thick walls of the building so it was no issue at all. A less mobile guest might struggle a little with the curved stairs to the upper floors where the bedrooms are especially if carrying bags. Might be worth a warning to anyone with a mobility issue.

Perfect cosy hotel

It was lovely stay in an excellent hotel. Fantastic location and great hospitality of the hosts. They even provided with a welcome drink. Breakfast was excellent! Especially the town is still rebuilding after the floods and not many options outside, so opt out for a breakie straight away as food was plentiful and tasty

All was great, maybe the only thing was there was no cold water in tap: we were on the top floor and could not refill my bottles, which is the most sustainable option.

Very relaxing stay

Beautiful room, good breakfast (not included in the room though). VERY good coffee!

Bathroom was cleverly placed in a relatively small space (old building of course), but that can make it a bit challenging for very tall people. Great shower though!

recovery is visible and tourists are welcomed

Two days open after the floods of July 2021 and then such performance in the town of Munstereifel is amazing!

Our awareness of where the flood had struck was too little to know it had been so bad here. Amazing recovery is visible although the surroundings of this hotel are still being rebuilt.

Goed hotel

Bediening was uitstekend maar ook het restaurant en ontbijt was zeer goed.

De kamer lag aan een straatkant met aan de overkant een cafe of restaurant waarbij personeel of gasten gingen roken met veel geluidsoverlast. Schreeuwen en lachen maakt onze nachtrust niet erg lang.

zentral, meine Ziele konnte ich zu Fuß rasch erreichen; die Ruhe während der Nacht hat mich beieindruckt

eine Decke zusätzlich zu dem dünnen, ansonsten ausreichenden Oberbett hätte mir und meiner Nachtruhe gut getan. Sehr angenehm war es, zum Abendessen über den Innenhof gleich ins Restaurant zu gelangen

Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Oberhammer! Die Pasta mit Steinpilzen von der Abendkarte war ein Gedicht! Toller lockerer Umgang miteinander. Meega Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Tolle Rituals Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Angenehme und lange Frühstückszeiten. Überall war es sehr sauber! Tolles Kuchenangebot. Gemütliche Kaminlounge. Sehr ansprechende Speisekarte.

Das der Urlaub so schnell vorbeiging😉 Es war wirklich! GARNICHTS zu beanstanden.Ein Mini Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Mini Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
