Grandiose Lage direkt neben dem Atlantik. Mit offenem Fenster hört man das Rauschen der Wellen und der Blick aus der Wohnung ist direkt auf den Ozean. Ein Kühlschrank und eine kleine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, was im Badeurlaub sehr nützlich ist.
Das ganze Gebäude riecht sehr feucht und muffig und die Wohnung, als auch die Möbel darin, auch. Auch mit stetigen lüften bekommt man den Geruch nicht weg. Die Ausstattung ist sehr rudimentär und zweckmäßig, aufgrund der Enge, und das einzige Doppelbett ist gleichzeitig die Couch. Der einzige Raum ist Wohnbereich, Schlafbereich und Küche. Ein zusätzliches Einzelbett ist als Hochbett über der Couch. Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten sowie kleine Regale oder so etwas, die genutzt werden können. Es ist zwar eine Küchenausstattung vorhanden, ist aber alles sehr klein und auch mit geringer Auswahl, beispielsweise an Gläsern und Tassen.
