About this villa rental
Enjoy a holiday with the luxury privacy villa at Phuket. The villa is located in Rawai one of the few places away from the tourist crowd surrounding. So you will get real private and relaxing on holiday, travel and understand the local lifestyle at Phuket and also a convenient area as it just takes few minutes to 24 hours shoppings, minimarts, supercenter, fresh markets, entertainments and activities etc.
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

The villa is beautiful, cosy, with the elements of decor, which made us feel like we were at home. Villa looks exactly like on the pictures, we had all the necessary equipment, in a safe environment, quite place, you can easily reach within 10 min walk nearby groceries and the gym if you like to keep fit. Villa is carefully managed by gardeners, cleaning lady and pool cleaners. Please note that there is a water well and from time to time water ends, we had to ask to fill it, that is the only inconvenience we had.
