Our home has always been a gathering place for our family, as I hope it will be for yours. Newly renovated home located on a cul-de-sac one house off the bay and only a short walk to the beach. A perfect family vacation rental with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 to 10. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful renovated bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Also located upstairs is a spacious sitting room / loft area with a full size sleep sofa. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a double size bunk bed. In addition there is a large deck on the front of the house perfect for relaxing and entertaining or just watch your kids play. Great new kitchen with all new appliances and outdoor gas grill. Other amenities include: 3 TV's with cable and WiFi, washer & dryer assorted games. We also provide a concierge service for linens. Also include are 4 beach badges.
