Holiday cottage with room for the kids. Here is plenty of room for playing both indoor and in the large garden which is located on a quiet road with very few houses. There is room for ball games etc or just enjoying the sun on the large terrace. Indoor, the owner has also put focus on the children. The mezzanine is a cosy place for the children to play and it guarded by a small fence. In the conservatory you can observe nature, play games and just relax. The room is very bright and kitchen and living room has high-vaulted ceilings, making them very spacious.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
