Modern Apartment with stunning beach views

The description on VRBO -> Our top floor renovated apartment on the Zeedijk at Koksijde/Coxyde offers stunning views of the beach and the dunes. This is a light and airy apartment with full-length windows in the front and back, located in Koksijde-Bad, between Sint-Idesbald and Oostduinkerke. As a home away from home, it has been equipped to enjoy a comfortable stay always—including our fabulous robot vacuum cleaner, which is a godsend when coming back from the beach!



It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets & 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 people. The living room is spacious and has a dining table which seats 6, a TV with cable, and Netflix access. The modern open plan kitchen has a built-in combi oven-microwave, induction stove, dishwasher & combi washing machine-dryer. No built-in coffee machine as we are not coffee drinkers, but we have compensated with a Senseo machine for coffee lovers.



There is plenty of closet space even for long-term stays!



The residence features a resident elevator and a bicycle storage room. The apartment is on the 6th floor (top floor). There are 2 bicycles available for guest use (1 ladies and 1 gents). There are sufficient parking spaces around which cost 7€ per day, as well as free parking a couple of hundred meters away on the big street (Koninklijke Baan).



There is always life around with plenty to offer kids & adults alike—from go-karts, trampolines, and bouncy castles on the beach dike to the Navigo Fishery Museum or shopping in Nieuwpoort. The famous coastal tram stop is just around the corner (Koksijde Lejeunelaan).



Check-in & Practical Info:

To ease the handling of keys, we have a smart lock on the apartment door (operated via iOS/Android app or wall keypad) and a key safe for the building door downstairs.

Cleaning is included by default in the price, so no need to clean at check-out.

We recommend that you bring your own towels & bed linen. Alternatively, if you would like us to provide bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels, let us know and we can send an updated offer with €90 extra included for the linen & towels.

To ensure complete transparency and a smooth stay, please take note of the following building and property features:

Central Heating: Heating is managed centrally by the building management (syndic) and operates strictly on a seasonal schedule across the entire building.

Weather-Tight Windows & Shutters: To protect against coastal winds, the full-length windows feature strong weather seals. Push firmly against the frame while engaging the handle to seal. Lowering the external roller shutters first blocks wind pressure and makes closing effortless.

Building Infrastructure & Surroundings: Located on the 6th floor of a classic coastal building, accessed via a standard compact stairwell and resident elevator. As with any central town/promenade location, occasional neighborhood or external building works may take place nearby outside our control.

Rear Balcony: The rear balcony is fully secure and equipped with protective bird netting to keep the outdoor space pristine.
