About this house rental
This spacious, pet friendly (fee applies, see below), kid friendly 3 bedroom ranch is located in the heart of Indian River. Walking distance to Burt Lake, the Indian River, shops, restaurants, entertainment and bike/snowmobile/ski trails. Convenient public boat launch a few blocks away on the Indian River. Inside the house you will find multiple sleeping areas that include a queen, full, two twin beds, and two sleeper sofas. A family room with plenty of room for entertainment. Lots of games, books and movies in the living room for family fun. Enjoy sitting on the deck in our peaceful backyard that includes a bonfire pit and a natural spring fountain. Welcome, relax, and enjoy what Indian River has to offer!

While this was an older home it was clean, spacious and in a cental location to everything my family wanted to do. It had a modern TV and streaming system, and the internet ran great. My wife and I were able to connect into our jobs to do work as needed despite being on vacation. We were a short drive and walking distance from restaurants, ice cream and the beach. The owners where very nice and accommodating. If given the opportunity, I would rent this house again.

Very clean. Good communication from owner. The grill worked very well. Really nice space inside with lots of room. It was much bigger than what the pictures presented. We wll plan on staying there again in the future.

So much space, great location-close to town and walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room to hang out at the house if we needed to. Beds were comfy:))

We stayed during Labor Day weekend
The house was spacious , the area is quiet and nice.Walking distance to ice cream shops and the green docks.
Our main issues were the communication was delayed, we have kids with allergies and the house had significant amount of dog hair so we had to do some cleaning ourselves
Some bugs in one of the rooms that we saw but we told the owner so they can work on the issue .
I wish they had a laundry machine and a dryer it would be perfect .
Over all good stay I would recommend it .
