The property is incredible, you have everything you need (a small kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with an incredible walk in shower, an iron, clothing rack, full length mirror etc.). The prettiest black sand beach is only a 2 minute walk from the property. There is also a lovely front patio with 2 chairs and a table where you can enjoy some relatively time outside and greet the most adorable cats that come by for some cuddles.

Beautiful apartment, very friendly staff. Everything is as in the photos . The bed is very comfortable, the room has everything you need, a very nice beach is 5 minutes away. Thank you very much for the early check in and late check out 🙂.

Great rooms, we stayed in both the studio apartments and the 1 bed apartment both were great and nicely furnished and simple. The room was cleaned every 2 days and was spotless. The ladies who look after the villas are very friendly. The price is great for Santorini and the beach is lovely and only a 1 minute walk down the street, we rented a car directly from the Villas which was great to explore the island.
Better knives for the kitchen is recommended and the wifi is a bit hit and miss.

The location was good and the owner's daughter could speak English. She informed us about activities nearby and was generally very helpful.
We had a balcony and air conditioning.
The air conditioning could not be regulated properly. It was set to 28 degrees and still it was freezing cold in the bedroom.
The owner barely spoke English and didn't really understand us. When we invited friends for dinner, she came directly to our flat and didn't understand that we just wanted to eat together. She thought they also wanted to sleep in our flat, but we explained to her 3 times that they had another flat. In the evening our friends left and we went to sleep. During the night, we woke up because the door we had locked was being opened and then closed and locked again. Where was our privacy? We girls afforded this flat for two in order to feel safe. Unfortunately, we couldn't do that there. Actually, we wanted to have breakfast together with our friends at our place, but then we got scared, since the owner was unfriendly and therefore we preferred to go to our friends' place and have breakfast together there.
