About this apartment rental
We are in a secure complex.
Located above the owners home, with a separate entrance and views into a beautiful garden and in summer into the green of the tree outside the window, keeping the worst summer heat at bay.
The apartment can sleep 2 in a double bed and a child on the sleeper couch in the lounge.
We are happy to assist our guests by shopping up front for them. the apartment will have basic tea/coffee/sugar and milk supplied and clients choice (to be advised before arrival) of cereal, yogurt, bread, eggs etc.
I work from home, so am available for guests should they require anything or just want to chat.
We are not keen on late check-ins. The ideal Check-in time is between 14:00 and 20:00 and check out after 06:00 to 10:00, unless prearranged.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, Microwave, and full Oven/4 plate stove.
Location is important in this huge city. Within walking distance of the Design Quarter, Montecasino, the Gautrain bus stop and easy access to Main Rd, William Nicol, N1 Highway, Witkoppen Rd. Close to Fourways Mall, Lonehill, Fourways Entertainment. The Campus office block, Sloane Office Precinct.
The sound of twittering birds in the tree outside the window, with a lovely view into a green garden, is a welcome reprieve from the noise and hustle of Johannesburg, yet you are within easy reach of Sandton, Midrand, and Pretoria.
In close proximity to restaurants, shops, churches, parks, and gyms.
There are many interesting restaurants in close proximity, as well as nightclubs and other entertainment.
Parking for 1 small car is available, otherwise Uber is very active in the area.
