General description of the villa



Located in the exclusive Water Villas Bonaire neighborhood, Casa Leeward offers stunning views over the Laguna Marina. This artificial lagoon is home to several prestigious resorts like Ocean Breeze Bonaire, the Marriott hotel, and Plaza Beach Resort. The villa is just 2 kilometers away from Kralendijk, where you can explore charming shops, fabulous restaurants, and cozy bars. Plus, you’re close to the island’s famous western shore dive sites.

This spacious villa boasts 4 bedrooms, each offering different bed configurations to suit your needs. Two rooms feature king-size beds measuring 2.00 x 1.80 m, while the other two rooms have single beds measuring 2.00 x 0.90 m, set up as double beds. With 4.5 bathrooms, a large open kitchen equipped with various appliances, and a private pool overlooking the water, Casa Leeward is designed for comfort and luxury.

Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Casa Leeward. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Casa Leeward is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down at night. Enjoy your stay at Casa Leeward!
