This Fairfield Bay, Arkansas Home has gorgeous lake views and is an easy walk to Cool Pool and Tennis Courts. Also Near Marina located on the 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake. The house sleeps 7-8 in 3 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master and queen beds in other bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms is set up family style with a queen bed and trundle twin beds. There is a coffee bar, full kitchen with 2 eating areas and deck with beautiful views.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house at Fairfield Bay! The views are absolutely stunning! You can see the lake and the beautiful hills from the many windows in the house or go enjoy the view from the front deck. It's a 2 minute walk to tennis, pickleball or the pool. The common area of the house is really large and open - it was great for a family get away. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for my family plenty of room for 7 of us plus we had family that got to visit and sit on the awesome porch and enjoy the views. The property was handicapped accessible and close to the cool pool and pool cafe. The costs in the area were very reasonable and there was not a huge number of people when compared to the lake areas in Missouri. There are 8-10 hiking trails close by. The predominant sport is with ATV’s and there are ATV trails all over the area and are marked.

Spider webs all over the balcony, to the point we couldn’t sit out there. Coffee grounds in the bottom of the coffee pot. And the night before we checked out, we opened the dishwasher to load it and found it was full of dirty dishes. That is what prompted our complaint to the host. Host was apologetic and said their usual housekeeper was on vacation. I get it but still not acceptable. Because of these issues, we would not stay here again.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. We found plenty to do while we were there, went bowling our first night. Then the next morning we got breakfast at Jacks then took the shuttle over to hike sugar loaf it’s an amazing view. We also hiked the Indian falls trail to see the beautiful waterfalls and the Indian cave trail to see the cool caves. Finished up the night at The Dock for Pizza and watched the Razorbacks win! It was the perfect weekend.

The condo was very clean and cozy. We loved the area and filled every day with lots of activities that were nearby. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations or communication with the owners. One recommendation for travelers, if you want to hike Sugarloaf Mountain, call and reserve a boat shuttle beforehand. We had to go to Heber Springs instead to hike it because the shuttles in Fairfield Bay Area were already full that weekend.

If you want a slow pace vacation this is the place! It was a very relaxing get away. The lake is beautiful and the Cool Pool is relaxing with a beautiful view. Our Condo was very clean and cozy. The check in and check out process was very easy. I will definitely stay here again.
