About this house rental
Beautiful, newly remodeled, contemporary beach home with spectacular panoramic views of the premium south shore of Suttons Bay. Features 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, including two fully-updated master suites with king beds, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, heated floors and soaking tubs in each. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds with a shared bathroom, one with a water view, and a large kids room wing with two twins (bunk bed) and a pull out full sofa bed with full bathroom down the hall. Gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, two ovens, wet bar, extra ice machine and everything you need to make and serve a meal, drinks, wine, etc. Open floor plan with large island bar area for entertaining, ambient lighting, LED flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and panoramic water views throughout. Premium cotton sheets and towels. Outdoor living & dining for up to 10 with wrap-around deck, gas BBQ, hot tub and gorgeous boardwalks to beach. 100 feet of pristine, private, sandy bottom beach/waterfront with a custom dock featuring a pergola with conversation area, chaise lounges, and ambient lighting (perfect for swimming!). Beach is across the road from the house. Mooring for boats up to 28 feet. Perfect family vacation!

This VRBO met the high expectations we had for a peak season, higher end rental. Inside it had everything you could want in the kitchen, etc. Loads of matching silverware for our large group. Plenty of serving trays. Everything that you would have in your own home. It felt like we were staying at a friends home, and not a weekly rental. We encountered a water issue during our week. Totally random and no fault of the owners or home. The property owner answered the phone immediately when I called. He was at the house in 5 minutes. And the needed repair was done early the next morning. Situation handled perfectly. The owner even bought our family dinner that evening for the inconvenience. The pictures of the beach and dock speak for themselves. Wonderful place.

Our two sons and their families joined us for a week in celebration of our birthdays. Not only was the house perfect for a family of nine, but the house is located only minutes from from the heart of downtown Suttons Bay. We enjoyed all of the amenities that came with the house and especially loved the hot tub, the fire pit where we enjoyed making s'mores in the evening, and the dock with a pergola that provided shade when desired.

This is our second stay at The Beach House and we loved it! The weather gods blessed us with sunny skies and temps in the low 80’s. We had a chance to use the cabana on the dock and it was a game changer! My 2 1/2 years old got to “push” his 11 year old cousin into the lake and the kids played nonstop with the water blasters we bought. We’re going to re-book to next year!

This is a great property for a large family and has a fully stocked kitchen. Everyone had their own space so it never felt crowded. The dock/ beach and water were beautiful. Because the water temp was cold we used the hot tub a fair amount after swimming. The kids loved it. We also loved that the Suttons Bay village was so close. Finding a place to fish was a challenge however.
