A calm and serene environment, yet you have a massive choice of busy bars, beaches and restaurants just a 15 minute drive away. Casa Adelfa is a beautifully maintained 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with room for 8 people very comfortably. Two double en-suite bedrooms, one with a balcony with a table, chairs & lovely views. Two large twin rooms, which can be modified to make into doubles if you need to, with a large 3rd bathroom to service them. Downstairs is a great living space with views over the pool & surrounding hills, TV, wood burning stove, large patio windows, tiled floors. The dining room easily seats 8 and has a desk for you to use as well. There is also a wonderful outside dining area with a wooden dining table & chairs - this seats 8 and can be extended to seat 10. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooks knives, pans, paella pans - everything you need! The utility room houses your fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine - there is a rotary dryer in the driveway and your clothes will be dry in not time here. If you want more restaurants & bars plus plenty of shops, Mojacar is just down the road and Carboneras has many fantastic fish restaurants & bars as well as the weekly Thursday market. Agua Amarga, a pretty fishing village, is a little futher along the same road. For a spot of sightseeing, the amazing original Mojacar 'pueblo' with it's whitewashed buildings clustered around a hill is there for you to explore. The Cabo de Gata national park is right on your doorstep with enough wonderful scenery to keep you happy for months! Our local quiet secluded beach is a 1.5M walk/drive away, but you have access to many beaches, coves and coastal walks in the vicinity. And if you like to walk/run/bike then you would be hard pressed to beat this!
