It has been carefully designed, combining the warmth of wood and local stone with modern amenities and details thought to offer a unique holiday experience, surrounded by peace, privacy and total relaxation. On the ground floor is a spacious living room/kitchen/dining room, alongside 2 bedrooms, a family shower and a toilet. On the upper level is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace. The living room, full of natural light, is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player, offering an ideal space to relax. The modern kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for preparing any meal with comfort. The ground floor rooms are twin-type (both with air conditioning) and share a family bathroom with shower. The master bedroom, located on the upper floor, has a private bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning views of the countryside and lush forests of Arta.Outside, Villa Son Tord has a large pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the sun. The garden offers beautiful terraces equipped for outdoor dining, a barbecue and cosy rattan sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature surrounding the villa.Villa Son Tord is the perfect destination for those seeking a balance between countryside tranquillity and proximity to the island's charms, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay in the heart of Mallorca.Free air conditioning from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.It is a unique setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, while listening to the soft sound of nature.Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in for the registration of all guests.
