This holiday cottage, built in 2005, is situated on a salt meadow approx. 60 m from the sea. The cottage has an amazing, panoramic view over Sandbjerg Vig and Kattegat as well as a partial view to the fishing harbour and marina - a view that you must experience! Split-level house with two fine rooms on the ground floor as well as a toilet with shower cubicle and a kitchen/dining area with room for 6 persons. The bathroom and the kitchen/dining area have tiled floors with underfloor heating. On the first floor there is a big, charming, panoramic living room with TV, DVD player, video and cable TV. Furthermore there is a nice bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle and whirlpool. Two terraces with direct access to the salt meadow. The area is child-friendly, and the cottage is just next to the small, charming and popular fishing town called Juelsminde.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
